At Independent Mobility Plus, Inc. we realize the need for quality service of your home medical and mobility equipment. Our technicians are ready to meet your repair needs. Call on us when problems or breakdowns occur. We will determine if the broken equipment is repairable and if the cost of repair is practical or if replacement is a more cost effective option. In most cases where the equipment is under warranty, we will work with the vendor to resolve the issue. We have a strict policy of honesty in the repairs we preform. We will replace only what is needed for the completion of the repair. We will charge fair labor rates.

With most manufactures, the warranty is for parts only. The labor charges will be the responsibility of another payer source that may include the owner of the equipment.

Travel time to pickup or deliver equipment that is in need of repair is not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or Insurance. Many choose to avoid these charges by bringing their equipment to our store to be repaired.
